RETURN POLICIES

Our policy lasts < strong> 15 days . If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only products sold in the different "Collections" on our store can be returned to us.

If unsold goods in one of our collections are sent to our address, these products will be simply declined by us to the customs services.

Other items that cannot be returned:

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase in your email.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) < br> If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, because there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Therefore, sale items are non-refundable but may be replaced under certain conditions.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective, damaged or if there is a product error on our part . If in this case you wish to exchange it send us an e-mail to: customerservice@kazagoods-home.com , and we will indicate how to get a replacement.

Gifts
If the returned (defective or broken) item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during checkout. purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for return your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary .

If you are shipping an item or order valued over $ 50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or to take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
